Safe and Reliable Structure Design

According to national and local standards, HOOGOVENS®' design team comprehensively considers wind and snow loads under extreme weather conditions in special areas. The main structure, sub-structure, and bracing system of the building are designed to ensure its safety.

Standardized Detail Design

Through analysis and research of various industries' production processes, combined with the characteristics of our own products and considering requirements for wind resistance, waterproof, thermal requirement, air tightness, water tightness and other enclosure system performance factors, HOOGOVENS® has established standardized details.

Gable Details
The unique gable joint design ensures optimal wind resistance and waterproof performance of the roof, while also allowing for normal sliding of the roof panel during thermal expansion and contraction.
Gutter Details
HOOGOVENS® standard inner gutter is constructed with stainless steel and the butt welds are processed using argon arc welding. Based on local rainfall calculations for the project, a rainwater overflow port is installed at fixed intervals in each section to prevent excessive water flow from overflowing the gutter and causing roof leakage. To prevent rainwater infiltration, a rubber sealing closure and sealant are installed between the roof panel and inner gutter when utilizing the latter.
Ridge Details
The roof ridge joint in the HOOGOVENS® building system features a metal closure that matches the type of roof panel and is accompanied by butyl tape infused with nylon particles, ensuring optimal waterproofing performance for the roof.
