Clean COLORKING®

Product Features And Advantages

The combination of Clean COLORKING®’s Special Reinforced Polyester topcoat (SRP) and inorganic ceramic pigments results in excellent resistance to light, heat, solvents, and migration. The unique resin molecular structure of Clean COLORKING® provides reliable durability against UV while ensuring high-quality building materials.
The unique dual component cleansing technology of Clean COLORKING® board provides excellent hydrophilicity on the surface of the topcoat, enabling rainwater to more effectively wash away impurities and restore the steel plate's luster, achieving a more long-lasting cleansing effect.
Clean COLORKING® series is coated with AZ200 substrates, which can provide products with a corrosion protection guarantee of up to 30 years.

HOOGOVENS® has established the "HOOGOVENS® Fastener Application Standard" to ensure appropriate screw specifications, models, and materials are selected for different positions of use. Stainless steel position-limit screws with high anti-corrosive properties are used in specific areas and have passed a 1500-hour accelerated salt spray test standard to effectively prevent electrochemical corrosion caused by potential differences.

Combined with the requirements of building insulation performance, a reasonable type of insulation material is selected based on thermal calculation results and matching building system requirements. The configuration includes appropriate thickness, volume weight, and veneer insulation material.
