Project design scheme
According to the characteristics of the project and the high requirements of the owner, the professional design team of Hoogovens proposed a reasonable structure and detailed design.
Standard roof structure drawing
To accurately reflect the design, the roof's bottom panel adopts a HGV30-200-1000 type rolled steel panel with a rib height of 30mm as its supporting structure. This allows for mechanical curving and ensures that once laid on the support surface, the steel panels create a smooth and straight screed curve, perfectly showcasing the desired roof shape.

This project requires connection with various professional elements, such as concrete walls, GRC decorative walls and modeling, skylights, hanging gutters, inner gutters, roof decoration modeling, aluminum panel decoration and more. Through close communication and collaboration with multiple units, Hoogovens' professional designers have successfully resolved many difficulties in professional handover details while ensuring the functionality of the roof to provide customers with high-quality products.
