Project Profile
The Yibin Bamboo Culture Ecological Industrial Park project integrates sightseeing, cultural appreciation, leisure and health care, business exhibitions and other business formats, and has become a "new business card" for experiencing Yibin's history and culture and displaying the city's image. It mainly includes the Municipal Cultural Hall, the Municipal Museum, and the Bamboo Craft Museum. The museum has an exhibition area of more than 5,000 square meters, and there is a 702-seat theater in the cultural hall. Both halls use the Hoogovens® H65 metal roof system. Due to the protection of cultural relics and the need for stage performance effects, this project has extremely high requirements for roof waterproofing, heat preservation, and sound insulation. The "Two Halls", as a key cultural place in Yibin, have integrated the historical and ancient architectural style of Yibin, presenting a vigorous and solemn new Chinese style as a whole.

The roof of this project imitates the anti-bending shape of the roof of ancient palace buildings, and the minimum bending radius is only 8m, which requires extremely high manufacturing and installation precision.
Roof panel type selection.
In order to adapt to changes in the shape of the roof, the bottom panel of the roof adopts HGV30-200-1000 profiled steel panel with a rib height of 30 mm as the supporting steel panel for the roof. After the panel type is reversed, the wave crest support surface is wider and flat, and the shape of the roof can be better completed.
The roof panel adopts the H65-400 aluminum-magnesium-manganese panel independently developed by Hoogovens and brought into China. Through on-site pressing and on-site pre- curving, customized production is realized to ensure the accuracy and beauty of the roof shape.

Fixtures are installed between the ribs of the roof panels, and aluminum alloy decorative round pipes are arranged, which have high requirements on the bearing capacity of the roof system and the rigidity of the outer panels.
The roof ribs adopt tailor-made fixtures to arrange aluminum alloy round tubes with a diameter of 200mm, which are arranged parallel to the roof slab ribs. After the round tubes are set out one-to-one according to the radius of the roof slab curving arc, they are shipped to the site for installation after processing to ensure the accuracy of the production and prevent warping and non-fitting after installation.
