The first phase workshop and warehouse of Shandong Meichen Advanced Polymer Materials Technology Co., Ltd. are located in Zhucheng High-tech Development Zone, Shandong, west of Zongsi Road and north of Mizhou East Road.

 

The main building includes three workshops including thermoplastic hose workshop, extruded hose workshop and turbocharged hose workshop, and three warehouses including rubber mixing and extrusion raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse and raw material warehouse.

At the beginning of the project, Hoogovens conducted in depth research on project characteristics, architectural and structural drawings, and combined with the owner's perspective, provided him with multiple versions of high-quality appearance renderings. The most inspiring designs can only be achieved with the right materials, which require the perfect combination of aesthetics and high quality and performance. The sandwich panel of this project strictly selects the highest quality raw materials for processing. The outer panel adopts BlueScope 0.6mm galvanized steel panel, and the surface is XRW special nano-reinforced polyester coating; the insulation layer adopts ROCKWOOL brand rock wool with a density of 120kg/m³. Strong and durable, with excellent fire performance and excellent thermal insulation properties.


Hoogovens strictly controls the production quality to ensure that the rock wool is tightly filled at the tongue and groove, and effectively guarantees the insulation performance of the sandwich panel.


At the socket joint between the two panels , a special fastening piece is added to make the board joint tighter and more stable, effectively avoiding the common problem of uneven deformation and unevenness of the pure rock wool sandwich panel joint.

 

Overcome Difficulties

The biggest difficulty of this project is that the position of the purlins on the wall after completion does not correspond to the structural drawing at all, the size deviation is large (0~500mm), and there is no corresponding drawing change file, and the wall panel typesetting and blanking cannot be carried out according to the drawing. According to the status quo of the project, Hoogovens professional design team arranged for multiple people to be stationed on site to complete the retesting of the purlins.


 

1.Check and accept the completed purlins and mark the parts that need to be rectified on the "Construction Quality Problem Map".


2.Plan the purlins at the joints of the sandwich panels and mark the purlins that need to be added and changed in the Purlin Rectification Map.

 

3.After the rectification, the purlin spacing is rescaled one by one, and the actual spacing of the purlins is marked on the "Dimension Remeasurement Chart".


4.Adjust the purlin diagram according to the measured purlin spacing, and complete the typesetting base map of the wall panel, that is, the "typesetting reference map"

 

5.Finally, typesetting is carried out on the revised purlin drawing, and the "composition drawing" is completed, and the general contractor and the owner will confirm and sign the style.


With the rectification and improvement process of the structural unit purlins, our designers took two months to complete all the retesting of the purlins, and the work of arranging panels and preparing materials.

While retesting the purlins in the early stage, our company also dispatched experienced installation guidance engineers to make careful arrangements for construction organization and delivery arrangements to ensure that the construction progress is advanced on time and effectively. At the same time, the construction details are strictly checked around the clock to ensure that the construction team can strictly follow and abide by Hoogovens corporate standards for installation.
